$1m Poker.org Sale Tops Domain Sales in Recent Weeks
The sale of poker.org for $1 million was the biggest sale in the three weeks to 21 February according to Domain Name Journal’s list of reported domain name sales. The sale was the largest .ORG sale ever with the previous record being engineering.org, sold several years ago for $198,000.
Other big sales over the last three weeks included Biking.com ($215,000), LoanCalculator.com ($215,000), CashUSA.com ($100,000), 46.com ($80,000), Fly.co.za – the largest country code sale over the three week period and golflessons.com ( both for $65,000).
