ICANN Releases Non-Lawyers’ Guide to the 2009 RAA

February 17 2010 No Comments

ICANN logoICANN has produced a Non-Lawyers’ Guide to the May 2009 Registrar Accreditation [PDF, 137 KB] in response to the At-Large Advisory Committee’s (ALAC) request for such a guide.

The Guide is presented as a service to all in the ICANN Community to assist in understanding ICANN’s Registrar Accreditation Agreement, entered into between ICANN and each of its accredited Registrars. The Guide does not represent a legal interpretation of the RAA, and the Guide does not alter or amend the terms of the RAA. More information on Registrar accreditation can be found at icann.org/registrars/accreditation.htm.

The Guide is an evolving document, and ICANN welcomes suggestions on how it can be improved.
